Description		:This Q1 map has been played on a LAN for months and has evolved according 
			 to the players wishes. It is a medium-large sized map with aprox 5 
			 levels on the vertical and most rooms have 3 exits. There is an outdoor 
			 area with caves and sniping areas, interconnected to the lower levels 
			 with water. There are many secret doors and passage ways with which to
			 sneak up on an unsuspecting opponent.

			 Secrets (if you can't be bothered looking for them)are revealed at the 
			 very bottom of this text.

HOW TO USE THIS MAP


Make a directory in Quake/ID1 called maps unzip the CCastle.zip file into this. To run the
game start a deathmatch, bring down the console and type "map ccastle" and you are in business.

S E C R E T S


	(1) When heading up the stairs, after going thru the hall with the columns you will see a 
timber panel under the ramp on the right. Shoot this to gain access to a room with the nail gun.
At the end of the room, hit the button and go down the ramp. At the bottom you can either shoot 
the head on the picture at the end to gain access to the 1st lava room or look for a brick sticking
out at waist height. Shoot this and the ramp you came down will rise and give access to another
secret room with a teleporter out.
	(2) In the lava room with the torches around the walls locate the row of skulls in the
 corner between the two entries. Look for one of the skulls sticking out slightly. Shoot this to
activate a secret door. In this room is a large teleporter. The left hand side sends you to one 
area, the right hand side is a dummy.
	(3) At the start of the long hall at the top of the high plat is a wall button, its
 above the grenade launcher. This will activate a door halfway up the hallway on the right. It
hides the quad.
	(4) In the room with the shallow water, in one corner is a platform to get you out of
 there, in the opposite is a shaft that will lead you to the pentagram.
